About the template team
From branding to social media, posters to stickers, to videos and beyond, the Template Design Team empowers our users to create stunningly beautiful content—by beginning their journey with a perfect and easily customizable template design. Canva’s templates team is building the world’s best design marketplace, with a library of designs that offer our users a wide variety of on-trend and usable content. We need the help of talented designers that can create and curate amazing visuals, to pave the way for the future of our design library.
About the role
As the Program Manager for our rapidly growing Print & Digital Partnership team you will be responsible for coordinating our global team of Creatives; helping them to deliver beautiful templates for our Print & Digital Partners. As part of our vibrant and friendly creative studio, you'll have the opportunity to work on exceptional brand solutions for some of the world's leading companies. You'll be an integral part of Canva's creative offering as you organise projects, build relationships and guide the team to deliver extraordinary work.
About the candidate
We are looking for an organisational whiz, a master of timelines, juggler of multiple projects and a creative management guru. You are a calm, approachable manager who exemplifies the Canva value of 'making complex things simple'. Ideally you will come from a creative agency background with extensive client management expertise, a solid understanding of the creative process and have experience delivering print &/or digital campaigns or projects.
