Similar to most franchise models, each of the more than 180 Camp Bow Wow locations falls under a broader corporate umbrella, but their day-to-day operations are managed by independent owners. And with hundreds of different locations throughout the United States and Canada, maintaining and building brand consistency has been a priority for Reid and the corporate branding team.

On top of any corporate collateral created, collateral provided, individual franchises customize branded materials to optimize for their local markets. Each location made custom creative request for their local marketing initiatives, taxing time and resources for the corporate branding team. Franchisees were required to submit custom requests ten days in advance, and five days for approvals.
