[Archive] Photos Unlimited Terms of Use

Photos Unlimited is a recurring subscription which gives you the right to use all media within the Photos Unlimited library for the recurring subscription fee that is payable in your jurisdiction. The following terms apply to the Photos Unlimited subscription:

• A Photos Unlimited subscription is sold to an individual Canva user, or an individual user within a brand/team, and you may not share media that is available to you as part of that subscription with anyone else.
• Your use of Photos Unlimited is subject to continued payment of the subscription cost.
• After your subscription has ended for any reason you may continue to use downloaded media in accordance with the Multi-Use License and Canva Terms of Use. However, you will no longer be able to use media from the Photos Unlimited subscription in any new or existing designs created in the Canva editor, including published designs in digital form (such as digital presentations, websites and other online formats).
• Canva may make changes to the Photos Unlimited subscription or its terms, including by changing the cost of the subscription. If Canva changes the cost of the subscription it will notify you of the change.
• Canva may add or remove images from the Photos Unlimited library at its discretion, and may cease to offer the Photos Unlimited subscription in its entirety. You agree that Canva will not be liable for any losses that you suffer as a result of Canva ceasing to offer Photos Unlimited, or any amendments to the Photos Unlimited library.

In addition to these terms, your use of the Photos Unlimited, and all images that are available as part of the Photos Unlimited, are subject to the Canva Multi Use Licence, the Canva Terms of Use, and the Photos Unlimited Reasonable Use Policy. Canva may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Photos Unlimited if you breach any of these terms, or for any other reason.
