Add or change your payment method

Add, update, or remove your account payment method to make Canva purchases and transactions easier.

  • Some banks may keep recurring subscriptions active, even if the physical card is cancelled or expired. They do this to avoid interruptions by automatically updating your card details so payments can continue.
  • For teams, only owners and administrators can manage account payment methods.

Want to add your payout details as a Canva Creator or Contributor? See Setting up payments for Canva Creators and Contributors.

What to expect

  • You can add up to three payment methods per team.
  • Team owners and administrators can allow or prevent members from using the team’s payment method.
  • If you can use your team’s payment method, you can't add your own.
  • You can only manage your payment method in a web browser on desktop or mobile, not in the Canva app.
  • If you subscribed through iOS or Android, manage your payment details directly through Apple or Google.
