Can’t access account email

Try these before reaching out:

1. Recover your email account directly — most providers have a recovery page: Gmail · Yahoo · Outlook/Hotmail · AOL · iCloud
2. Once you're back in, you can update your Canva email — go to your account settings and change the email linked to your account. You'll need to verify your existing email first.
3. If you're part of a work or school email, your admin may have deactivated your account. Contact your admin to reactivate it.
