Lines, texts, or images look different after download

Try downloading using a different browser. Make sure you’re using a browser supported by Canva. See Canva’s technical requirements and supported browsers.

If switching browsers doesn’t help, try these steps:

1. Log out of Canva, then log back in.
2. Make sure your internet connection is stable so all changes save properly.
3. Open your design again.
4. Set the zoom on your browser to 100%. Set the zoom on the Canva editor to 100%.
5. Check if your elements are aligned. Re-align if needed.
6. Select the elements and check if they are grouped. If they are, select Ungroup from the toolbar.
7. Wait until you see "All changes saved" at the top of the editor. Or select File then
   Save to manually save changes.
8. Optional: Clear accumulated browser history, cookies, and cache as these can cause trouble sometimes.
9. Download your design again.

1. Select the text box.
2. Drag the side resize handles outward, then drag them back to their original position.
3. Check for extra spaces in the text box and remove them if needed.
4. After your changes are saved, download the design again.

1. Delete the line that looks incorrect.
2. Go to
   Elements, then search for “lines.”
3. Go to Graphics instead of Lines & shapes.
4. Select a line graphic.
5. Download your design again.

1. Select the image.
2. Select
   Crop, then choose 3:2.
3. Download the design as PDF Print, then select Flatten PDF.
