Recover designs from deleted teams
When you delete a team, all designs, folders, uploads, groups, and apps created in that team will be scheduled to be deleted in 14 days.

I want to recover designs from a deleted team
What can cause this
Your team will be permanently deleted 14 days after deleting it in Canva. You can't restore a design from a deleted team in Canva if it's been more than 14 days.
What to do
If you're the team owner and it’s still within 14 days since you deleted your team, you can undo the deletion.
- From the homepage, go to Settings.
- Select Manage Teams first if you have multiple teams. This tab will not be visible if you only have one team.
- Next to the team you want to restore, select Undo delete.
If you're a team member
When a team is deleted, you'll receive an email explaining that the team has been deleted and you no longer have access to the team or its designs.
If the deletion was a mistake, contact your team owner and ask them to restore the team. If the team owner restores the team within 14 days, you'll regain access to the team and its designs.
More than 14 days have passed since the team deletion
Your team will be permanently deleted 14 days after pressing Delete. As part of our legal obligation, your team and all related files will be removed from our system so they can’t be restored anymore.
