Order prints of your designs
Canva Print lets you easily turn your designs into a wide variety of printed products that can be delivered to your door or picked up in-store.
You can order prints from an existing design or browse products first in Print Shop.
We're rolling out navigation changes gradually, so some steps in this Help article may not accurately reflect what you see in the app. If you can't find Canva AI, your profile photo, or your Print cart on the homepage, go to More.

Choose a product via Print Shop
Print Shop lets you browse and discover print products available in your region before you start designing. You can explore product options, view mockups, and check details like paper types and sizes.
To access Print Shop, make sure you’re logged in to your Canva account.
- Go to your Canva homepage.
- Select Print Shop. If you can't find it, select More.
- Search for products using the search bar, or scroll to browse available products.
- Select a product to view details and specifications.
- Choose your preferred options like paper type, finish, and quantity.
- Select Start designing to customize your design in the editor.
Proof and place your print order
Once your design is ready, you can now finalize your order from the editor.
- From the top menu, select Print with Canva or, if you don't see it, select Share and select Print with Canva. If you're in a supported region, resize your design to fit a printable format.
- Select your preferred print specifications and pages to print. If you’ve already selected your preferred specifications from the Print Shop, you can still modify them before checking out.
- Select Continue.
- Proof your design to ensure your design is print-ready. If you notice any design issues, toggle on Automagically fix for instant corrections.
- Select Checkout. Alternatively, you may Add to Cart if you have multiple items to purchase.
- Enter your shipping details or select Add address manually to enter your address manually.
- Select your preferred Payment method.
- Review your order summary and select Place order when ready.
Print multiple design versions as sets
If you have several versions within a single design and you’d like to print them all with the same quantity and product specifications, you can easily do so by using the Print as sets feature. You may add up to 30 versions (or sets) to your cart.
If you need to print your designs with different product specifications or quantities, add them separately to your cart (refer to the next section).
Printing as sets is currently only available in select countries for the following products:

Print as sets
- From the menu bar above, select Print with Canva.
- In the print panel, use the Print all pages selector (this appears when your design has enough pages to print at least two sets).
- Select whether you want your sets to be Single sided or Double sided.
- For products that support both, you’ll see both options.
- For eligible double‑sided apparel (e.g. T‑shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts), you’ll see three options: Single‑sided (front), Single‑sided (back), and Double‑sided.
- Use the preview gallery to review how each set will be printed.
- On wider desktop windows, scroll vertically through the list of set previews.
- On narrower windows, scroll horizontally through the gallery.
- Click Continue to convert the item to a bulk‑printed item using your selected option.
- Back in the configuration step, customise your print options (e.g. material, finish, size where applicable).
- Select the quantity (number of sets).
- Click Continue to proceed with proofing.
Add more items to your order
You can order multiple items of the same or multiple different products and check them out in one go. This is ideal if your design has multiple pages that you want to print (e.g. business card designs with name variations on each page) or if you simply want to order two different products at the same time.
- From the order panel, select Add another.
- Select the other page/s you want to print. If you’d like to order a different product or design, go back to Homepage.
- Choose and customise your print options for the additional print item (e.g., selecting a different page, paper finish, quantity, etc.).
- Select Add to cart.
- Repeat from Step 1 until you’ve added all items to your order.
- Once ready to proceed, select Checkout.
Provide your shipping and payment details
Once you’ve added all the items you need to your cart, select Checkout. You’ll be directed to the shipping details window.
You can add a new payment method at checkout when placing your order, or select a different one from your saved payment methods.
- Enter your details or those of the authorized recipient.
- Select your preferred shipping method. If you’d like to collect your order at a store, search for nearby pickup locations.
- Check if your saved payment method is correct. If there’s none, select your preferred payment method and enter the details.
- If you have a Canva Print coupon, select Coupon code to enter it and then select Apply.
- Finally, select Place order to submit.
Once you've placed your order, you'll see a pop-up confirmation with your order ID. You’ll also receive a confirmation to your registered email address.
If you need to change your design or anything about your order other than the shipping address, you’ll need to cancel your order. Please refer to Cancelling or changing a Canva Print order.
If you don’t receive a confirmation with your order ID or if you’re receiving an error message, learn more about possible reasons why your Canva Print order doesn’t submit.
