About Canva Teams
The Canva Teams plan is no longer available for new sign-ups or upgrades. We’ve introduced Canva Business, with additional tools to help individuals and teams grow.
If you cancel your Canva Teams subscription, you won’t be able to resubscribe. You can switch to Canva Pro (for solo use) or Canva Business (for teams) instead.
For existing Canva Teams subscribers
If you’re already on the Canva Teams plan, you’ll:
- Keep your current pricing, including when you add new members.
- Keep all current features.
- Continue to get new premium features, the same ones added to Canva Pro.
However, you won’t get features exclusive to Canva Business.
Your plan still includes great value. Canva Business is another option if you need more advanced features.
If you upgraded to Canva Business by mistake and want to return to your previous plan, contact us to get help.
What happens to your designs if you cancel or switch plans?
Designs in team workspaces stay in the team workspace
Designs created inside a Canva Teams workspace belong to that workspace. If you cancel your Canva Teams plan or remove members, they’ll lose access to designs created in that team.
Download or share important designs before making changes. Your personal designs (created outside the team workspace) are always accessible from your account.
If your Canva Teams subscription lapses or is cancelled, your designs stay saved and accessible; they’re not deleted.
Pro elements in your designs will appear watermarked on the Free plan. Resubscribe to remove watermarks and restore full access.
What's the difference between Canva Pro and Canva Business?
Canva Pro is a great option for solo creators who want premium editing tools and templates to create faster.
Canva Business is built for growing teams and businesses. It includes everything in Canva Pro, plus higher AI usage limits, brand management tools, and marketing features like ad analytics. Learn more about Canva Business.

Has anything changed with my Canva Teams plan?
If you’re an existing Canva Teams subscriber, you’ll stay on your current plan unless you choose to cancel or switch. You’ll keep your pricing (including when adding new members) and features, and continue to get new premium features, the same ones added to Canva Pro.
