Enable private embeds for Team members
As a team admin, you may enable private embeds from team Permissions.
Enabling private embeds is available for Canva Enterprise and Canva Education Districts team owners and administrators.
- On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu.
- Choose Settings.
- On the left side panel, go to Permissions under your enterprise team.
- Go to Control tab.
- Under Add domains to your allow list to enable private embeds, type the list of accepted domains. Press return or Enter to save. e.g., If an admin adds “canva.com” or any other domain for a 3rd-party side to the domain list, team members' private embeds will only work within that domain.
Team administrators can add up to twenty (20) domains to the allowlist.
Where an admin has enabled private embeds by adding domains to the list, Team members will have to toggle an embed to public. Otherwise, the default will be private and viewers in a third-party site will have to log in to Canva to view the embed.
