Page view settings

Control how you see your design pages while you create on Canva. These settings help you navigate, organize, and customize your workspace.

Zoom in or out

Adjust how closely you view your design. Zooming in lets you work on details, while zooming out gives you a full view of your layout.

At the bottom of the editor, click and drag the slider left or right to zoom in or out. You can also click the percent box next to it.

  • Higher values will zoom you in
  • Lower values will zoom you out
  • Fit selects the best fit for your design pages in the editor
  • Fill zooms your design to fit your browser page width

Computer Shortcuts

  • Zoom in: Command + + (Mac) or Ctrl + + (Windows)
  • Zoom out: Command + - (Mac) or Ctrl + - (Windows)

Zoom in or out is currently the only page view setting in Canva Docs and isn’t supported on mobile devices.

Tip: You can use your device’s zoom controls instead.

Quickly jump to a specific page in multi-page designs without scrolling through every page.

At the bottom of the editor, click the Go to page button and type the page number you want to go to.

    More icon.

Going full screen isn’t available on Mobile unless to present your design.

To return to the editor, click the
