If something goes wrong with GoPay, here are a few things to check.
I don’t see GoPay as a payment option
Make sure you’re accessing Canva from Indonesia and using the desktop web or mobile web. GoPay isn’t available in the Canva app.
My GoPay payment failed
If the payment doesn’t go through, you’ll see an error message with next steps. You can also try again or choose a different payment method.
