Design preview not updating
My design's preview (thumbnail) is not updating
What can cause this
After making the latest changes to your design, it usually takes a few minutes before the thumbnails or previews on Projects or the homepage update.
Be assured your designs are saved even if the thumbnails aren’t updating. You should also be able to edit and download your designs as usual.
What to do
To help update the design thumbnails faster, here are some things you can do:
- Close the design on all devices. If the design is open on several devices, this can slow down the thumbnail update. Make sure to close the design tab on all of your known devices. However, this might not apply if the design is shared with others and they are still editing after you.
- Refresh “Projects” or the homepage. It can take a few minutes for previews to be in sync with your design. Refresh or reload the page after 10 minutes to see the changes in your thumbnail.
- Make a copy of your design. If the previews still don’t load after 10 minutes, you can make a copy of the design. You can keep both designs or delete the first one if you’d like.
