The Print button is unavailable
There are a few reasons why you might not see the Print with Canva button:
- The product you're trying to order might not be available in your region or country.
- Your design isn't in a supported print size.
- Or, for multi-designs, you may have selected an incompatible page type.
Doc, Sheet, or Website page types are not available for Canva Print (here's how to print designs using your personal printer).
Check print availability
Canva Print is available in selected regions, each with a different list of available print products. See What We Print for the complete list.
Print size needs adjusting
Your design may not be in a supported print size, so printing options can be found in the Share menu. To fix this, resize it to a compatible size.
Resize your design for a Canva Print order
- Open the design that you want to print.
- From the menu bar above, click Share.
- Select Print with Canva, then choose from the print product options.
- Click Resize design to create a separate resized version of your design.
- Recommended: Adjust the design elements as they often move during the resize process.
- Proceed to place your print order.
Both your original and resized designs will be available in Projects.
Select compatible page
If you are using a multi-design, make sure you're selecting a print-compatible page.
For example, if Page 1 is a Canva doc and Page 2 is a Tote bag, thePrint with Canva option won’t appear while viewing Page 1. Select a print-compatible page (Page 2) to proceed.
If you still need help in placing your print order, you can contact us. Please be as detailed as possible to help us solve the issue faster.
If you're on a Canva for Education or Enterprise subscription, it's possible for your admin to disable the Print option. Contact your admin first if you need to use Print.
