Replace all logos or images in multiple designs

Who can use this feature?

  • Roles: Available to admins and brand designers
  • Access required: You must have edit access to both the image and the designs you want to update.

Limitations

  • Works on desktop only.
  • The image must be identical across designs (same file ID)
  • The
Replace across designs option won’t appear if:
    • You don’t have edit access to the image or the designs.
    • The image isn’t used in multiple editable designs.
    • The image wasn’t added as a reusable Brand Kit or shared asset.

Best practices for orgs and rebranding

  • Use Brand Kit images or shared folders when creating templates.
  • Keep image file IDs consistent by duplicating from a master template.
  • Replace outdated logos or images once across all relevant templates.
  • Create and manage designs centrally to streamline updates.

Troubleshooting tips

If you don’t see the

Replace across designs option:

  • Make sure you're on a desktop.
  • Confirm you have edit access to the asset and the designs.
  • Check that the image is used identically across designs and has the same aspect ratio as the original image.
  • Try re-uploading or replacing the image in a master design first

If some designs don’t update:

  • The image may have been altered (cropped, filtered, or resized).
  • The design may be view-only or owned by someone else.
  • You might not have selected all relevant designs.
