Make your photo selectable and customisable with Magic Grab
Select any object from your photo for easy repositioning, resizing, and editing in your designs while keeping its background.

Use Magic Grab
- Select the photo you want to edit. Note: Magic Grab doesn’t support images in frames or grids.
- From the editor toolbar, select Edit .
- Go to Tools, then select See all.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Magic Grab.
- Select Click and select any object in the photo. You can also select multiple objects by clicking and dragging over them.
- You may also select Brush to brush over an object.
- Click Deselect if you want to clear all selections and start again.
- Select Grab and wait for your photo to be processed.
- Finally, drag your image’s subject into the perfect spot, resize or edit it to your liking, independent of the photo background.

You can return to the image you were working on before using the undo button, the undo keyboard shortcut, or by clicking the Magic Grab button again to restore your image to its original state.
Can I grab and edit any object in an image?
Yes, you may grab and edit any object in a photo. You may also select multiple objects.
Undo or reset a Magic Grab selection
Yes, you can undo the grab operation in the same editing session to recover the previous image by simply using the undo button and/or shortcut.
Alternatively, you can simply delete the “grabbed” subject image from the design and reset the background (original) image by clicking on Magic Grab again to remove the active tick.
Magic Grab vs Background Remover
Magic Grab and Background Remover isolate the photo's subject, but their use varies. Magic Grab enables you to grab any object from the photo and move or resize it, keeping the background. Whereas Background Remover removes the photo's background, leaving only the subject.
Magic Grab vs Magic Eraser
Magic Grab and Magic Eraser let you take something out of a picture. Magic Grab allows you to isolate an object from a photo to move, resize, or use on another design. On the other hand, Magic Eraser lets you brush over any object in a photo and delete it.
