Share to Slack
Canva can directly post your designs to Slack and to other social media or messaging apps.
- On the top corner above the editor, click Share.
- Click More.
- Select Slack from the Messaging choices, or use the search bar to look for it.
- If this is your first time using Slack with Canva, click Connect Slack, and log in. If Slack asks for access to Canva, allow it.
- If you have multiple Slack accounts connected, click the dropdown to select the account you want to use.
- Choose the Slack channel where you’d like to send the design. You can also type in the channel name in the search bar.
- Choose the file type to export the design as, add a title or caption, or choose which page of the design you want to share.
- Click Publish now or Pay and Publish to finish.
For Canva Pro, Canva Teams, and Canva for Nonprofits administrators and brand designers, you can also schedule your Slack post to a later time by selecting the calendar icon next to the Publish button. Learn more about Schedule posts on Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
