Seeing an "account already exists" error?

This means there's already a Canva account registered to that email address. Try these steps:

1. Log in instead of signing up — go to the Canva login page and enter the same email.
2. Forgotten your password? Select Forgot password on the login page to reset it and regain access.
3. Try a different login method — if you originally signed up with Google or Facebook, use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead.
