Assign and remove organisation admins
As an organisation admin, you can now assign a team member to be a team admin.
Available for Canva Enterprise team admins and Canva for Districts only via web.
If you’re using mobile, manage your teams or organisations on your web or mobile browser.
Assign organization admins
- From the homepage, select your profile icon to open the menu.
- Select Settings.
- For Enterprise, go to the People tab, and Organisation Admins tab for Canva for Districts.
- Select Assign an organisation admin.
- Enter the email address/es of the member/s that you want to be an admin. Press enter after each email address if you’re trying to add multiple admins. You can only assign existing members from your organisation.
- Select Assign organisation admin to finish.
Removing organisation admins
From the People tab for Enterprise or Organisation Admins tab for Canva for Districts, just click the more icon next to the administrator that you want to remove, then click Remove organisation admin access.
