Generate designs from Salesforce data
You can use the Canva for Salesforce app to easily integrate or autofill creative designs with data from Salesforce.
Canva for Salesforce app can help you to:
- Create on-brand sales collateral quickly and easily
- Improve collaboration with your designers
- Use accurate and latest data from Salesforce
This feature is for Canva Enterprise only and uses Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited.
The following steps are guidelines for using Canva for Salesforce app on the Salesforce platform.
The Canva for Salesforce app is not yet available via the Salesforce AppExchange directory. To install the app, go to Salesforce.
Step 1: Connect Canva to Salesforce
If this is your first time using Canva for Salesforce, you’ll need to connect it to Canva.
- Navigate to a Salesforce object that’s compatible with the Canva for Salesforce app, such as Account, Contact, or Opportunity.
- Open the Canva for Salesforce app via the object’s page. Note: The exact location of the app will depend on how your team admin configured the page.
- Select Connect. You’ll be taken to an authorisation page.
- Select your organisation’s Canva team, then select Allow.
Step 2: Generate a design
- In Salesforce, choose from the supported menus.
- Select an entry to open.
- Select the Canva app.
- In the app’s Brand templates tab, find a template for the design and select Generate design.
- To open the design in Canva, select Edit in Canva.
