I can't access Affinity

On Canva Free, Pro, Teams, or Business

1. Install the Affinity app if you haven't already.
2. Open Affinity and select Sign in with Canva.
3. Select Allow to connect your Canva account.
4. Select Launch — you're in!

On Canva Education

Can't access Affinity even though you have Canva Education? Contact your school admin. If your institution hasn't turned on Affinity yet, they'll need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

On Canva for Nonprofits

Contact your organisation admin to get access.

On Canva Enterprise

• Team members: Contact your company admin or IT team.
• Admins: Contact your CSM to enable Affinity for your organisation.

Using SSO? Select Sign in with Canva to start, then follow your organisation's usual SSO flow.
