Canva Button
The Canva Button API is being sunset in all regions except China.
If you’re a partner based outside China, the Canva Button will no longer be available after December 30, 2025. At that time, all active API keys will be deactivated, and no new applications are being accepted.
If you’re a partner based in China, this change does not apply to you. The Canva Button will continue to be supported by the China team.
What is the Canva Button?
The Canva Button allows users to design with Canva directly inside partner websites. Designs are created within a customized version of the Canva editor embedded on the partner platform.
What’s changing?
- The Canva Button API will be fully sunset outside China after December 30, 2025
- All active API keys will be deactivated on that date
- No new Canva Button partner applications are being accepted
- Existing integrations outside China will stop working after the sunset date
