Website insights
Already published and shared your Canva website? Visit your Analytics panel for details on your website views and visits.
Canva Website Insights is available to Canva Pro, Canva Teams, and Canva Education users who have edit access to the website design.
Visit the Analytics panel
- Open your published website design.
- On the menu, select the Analytics icon to open the Analytics panel.
- View your design’s analytics from the Analytics panel. For more details, read the sections that follow. Without views, this section will be empty.
Understand your website analytics
Visits
This is your website’s total number of visitors for the selected time frame.
You can now view visit data for individual pages of your Canva website. Use the page selector dropdown to choose a specific page. The analytics will update based on your selection.
Your Canva websites also follow our Privacy Policy, so they don't use cookies or IP tracking. Because of this, We can’t accurately track unique visits so the same visitor may add to your site’s visit count multiple times.
Country views
This lists your website visits and breaks it down by country within the time frame selected.
Device views
This is the breakdown of devices your visitors used to view your website within the time frame selected.
Traffic source
This shows your website’s top sources of visitors and how many views came from them for the selected time frame.
Links on your site
This is how many times and which links your visitors clicked on your website within the selected time frame, ranked in order of most to least. You can view this on the Engagements tab from the Analytics panel.
Links are only tracked if website visitors select them. Links visited by the design owners or collaborators while in the Canva editor will not be tracked.
