Download designs with notes
Use notes to add presenter cues or reminders to your designs. They’re visible in Presenter View and when you use Present and record, helping you stay on track during presentations.
You can also download your design as a PDF with notes. This is great for printing speaker notes, sharing with collaborators, or saving a reference copy.
Add notes to your design
- Open your design, then select Notes from the bottom of the editor.
- Add notes in either of these ways:
- Generate automatically: Select Generate notes to generate presenter notes
- Use a custom prompt: Select the Custom prompt button, type your instruction, then press Enter or select the purple arrow button to generate.
Note (if notes already exist): Select the existing notes text and clear it before generating new notes, or select Custom prompt to generate using your own instruction.
Download a design with notes (PDF)
- Go to Share, then select Download.
- Select PDF as the file type.
- Under Presets, choose between Digital or Print.
- If your design has multiple pages, choose between:
- All - to download the entire design.
- This Page - to download just the page you're viewing
- Custom - to download specific pages
- Select Advanced Settings, then toggle the Include notes setting. If you want to save the download settings, toggle Save download settings on.
- SelectDownload. If your design has paid elements, select Pay and Download.
