Download designs with notes
Use notes to add presenter cues or reminders to your designs. They’re only visible in Presenter View, helping you stay on track during presentations.
You can also download your design as a PDF with notes. This is great for printing speaker notes, sharing with collaborators, or saving a reference copy.
Add notes to your design
- Go to your design, then select Notes from the bottom of the editor.
- Add your notes.
- (Optional) Use Actions to help write or improve your notes.
Download a design with notes (PDF)
- Go to your design, then select Share, then select Download.
- Select PDF.
- Check Include notes.
- Click Download.
- If your design has paid elements, select Pay and Download.
