Editing your domain contact details
We're rolling out navigation changes gradually, so some steps in this Help article may not accurately reflect what you see in the app. If you can't find Canva AI, your profile photo, or your Print cart on the homepage, go to More.
Update your domain contact details with ease! If you've purchased a domain with Canva, you can now edit all associated contact information.
This is available to all users who purchased a domain through Canva. For teams, only administrators and owners can access these settings.
Edit your domain contact details
- On the homepage, select Settings.
- Go to Web domains.
- Next to the domain name, select.
- Under Contact details, select Edit.
- Update your details as you wish and select Save.
Why it's important to keep your contact information current?
Make sure your email is valid and up-to-date. We'll use it to send renewal notices and verification emails. If you change your name or email, we'll email you to verify that change. And don't worry, we keep your contact details private with domain privacy.
These contact details must be kept up-to-date as per the law. Read more about that here.
