Add a navigation menu to Canva websites
Help people move between pages by adding a navigation menu to your Canva Website. It’s created automatically from your page titles and appears when you select Include Navigation Menu at publish.
1. Create or open your website design.
Option 1: Use Quick actions
- Windows / other: Press “/” on your keyboard to open Quick actions.
- Mac: Press Command + E to open Quick actions.
- Type “Navigation menu”.
- Select Navigation menu to add it to the top of your website design.
Option 2: Use Publish website
- From the editor, select Publish website.
- Go to Settings.
- Turn Navigation menu on.
Canva adds the navigation menu automatically when you publish using the With navigation setting.
Desktop vs mobile experience
- Desktop: The menu appears in the page header as a horizontal bar.
- Mobile: The menu collapses into the icon for easier navigation.
