Purchasing permission
Canva Teams owners and administrators can allow or restrict members from using the team's stored payment options to prevent unauthorised purchases.
- On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Under Purchasing permission, click the dropdown, and select who can make purchases using the team’s payment method.
Team owners and billing contacts receive email notifications for every team purchase.
Members who aren’t allowed to use the team’s payment method can still add theirs for their Canva purchases.
