Selecting the screen reader language for designs
Select the primary language for your designs to make them more accessible for screen reader users.
This setting won't change your preferred language when using Canva.
What’s a screen reader?
A screen reader is an assistive technology, primarily used by people with vision impairments. It converts text, buttons, images and other screen elements into speech.
Access screen reader
- From your editor menu bar, select File.
- Select Settings, then select Locale settings.
- Click the dropdown menu to search for or select your language.
- Click Select locale to choose the language and confirm the one used in your design.
