Share your design as a template link
Creating and sharing a Template link is only available to Canva Pro, Canva Teams, Canva Enterprise, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users.
By sharing your design as a Template link, anyone can view and use it as a template.
However, if the Template link creator uses a work email domain (e.g., @company.com), link recipients with the same domain must be on a paid plan to access the Template links.
This does not affect users with general email domains (e.g. @yahoo.com, @gmail.com) or those outside your organisation - and they can continue to open and edit Template links.
- Open the design.
- Select Share from the menu bar above the editor.
- Select the Template link. If you don’t see it, select See all first.
- Select Create template link.
- Select Copy to copy the link.
Delete a template link
- Open the design you want to unshare.
- On the menu bar, select Share.
- Go to Template link.
- Select Delete template link.
If you delete a Template link it'll also make the URL inactive. If you make a new Template link it'll create a new URL.
