Logging in via SMS verification
As of June 5, 2023, Canva no longer supports setting up SMS Verification.
If I already have SMS Verification enabled, will it still continue to still function?
Yes, if you’ve previously set up SMS Verification and still have it enabled, it will continue to function as normal.
Can I still disable SMS Verification?
Yes, if you have SMS Verification already enabled, you can still disable it.
I currently have SMS Verification set up. Can I disable and then reenable it again, or change the phone number I have set up for it?
No. If you disable SMS Verification, you can’t re-enable or set it up again. This also means you can’t change the phone number registered for SMS Verification.
