Translate design pages and selected text
- Create or open any design.
- Right-click on the text box you want to translate and select Translate text.
- Select the dropdown options to select Translate to.
- Select a Tone of voice. This feature is optional and is currently only available in select languages.
- Choose between Translate pages to select the page that you prefer to translate or Select text from current page to translate specific text/s.
- Select Translate and wait for your translations to finish.
The Translate from is set to Automatically detect, and Translate to is set to Select an option. If you’ve used Translation before, the most recently translated language will be the new default language.
You can translate multiple pages and one language at a time within the 2000-character limit.
Translate doesn't work with all fonts. If your selected font is not supported, Translate will ask you to choose another font. If your translation has pushed through but has different characters, please choose another font.

Change Translate settings
- Go to the Apps tab.

- Alternatively, you can right-click on the text box you want to translate.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Tick any of the following options:
- Reduce font size to fit is enabled by default to prevent overlapping when translations are much longer than the original text. If you don't want your text to auto-resize, turn it off in the translate settings.
- Duplicate page when translating is also enabled by default to preserve the original version and create a copy with your translations. If you don't want the translations applied to your page, disable them in the Translate settings.
- Mirror page to match text direction to support right-to-left languages
