Upscale isn’t available
Check that:
- Your image is a JPG or PNG.
- You haven’t already used Upscale.
- Your image meets size requirements.
- You have AI usage available.
If you’re using a vector, export it as a PNG, then upload and upscale.
Cropped image won’t upscale
Upscale checks the original image size, not the crop.To fix this:
- Download your cropped image.
- Upload it as a new file.
- Apply Upscale.
Upscaled image doesn’t look better
