Who's my organisation admin?
If your account is part of a Canva for Districts, Canva for Campus, Canva Teams, Canva Business, or Canva Enterprise plan, an admin created your account and manages various settings for your team.
How to find your Organisation admin
We can’t tell you exactly who your admin is, but here are a few ways to find out:
- Check who invited you to Canva Teams or Canva Business – This is often the admin.
- Ask your IT department or Help Desk – If your company or school has a Canva Teams, Canva Business, or Canva Education plan, they should know.
- Look for the person who manages your team settings – This could be the person who adds or removes team members or assigns roles.

- From the homepage, go to your profile icon, then selectSettings.
- Go to thePeople tab.
- Select theAll roles dropdown, then filter by Team owner or Team admin.
What your Organisation admin can do for you
The admin who set up your Canva account (or another admin on your organisation) can:
- Help troubleshoot account issues or answer questions
- Manage your Canva team and control team member access
- Assign or revoke permissions for specific features
- Manage billing and subscription settings
- Contact Canva’s support team for help
