Wrap text in Canva Sheets Cells

You can wrap text in Canva Sheets cells to display long content without changing the column width. This helps keep your sheet tidy while making sure all text stays visible.

1. Go to your Canva Sheets design.
2. Select the cell or cells with the text you want to wrap.
3. From the formatting toolbar, select Text wrapping.
4. Select Wrap.

After enabling text wrapping, you can change how it looks:

• Resize columns to adjust how text wraps.
• Adjust row height manually if needed.
• Change alignment to position text at the top, middle, or bottom of the cell.
