Approve or give feedback to designs

If you’re an approver, you’re notified via email and through the Notifications tab on the homepage when members request design approval.

1. From your email, open the Canva notification with a title “You’ve been asked to review”.
2. Select Review (button). It will open the design in the Canva editor.

1. From the homepage side panel, go to the
   Approvals tab. On mobile, select
   More, then go to Designs to review.
2. Select a design that requires approval.
3. Select Review (button). It will open the design in the Canva editor.

1. From the homepage side panel, go to the
   Notifications tab. On mobile, tap your Profile icon from the home screen first, then select Notifications.
2. Select the design approval notification. It will open the design in the Canva editor.

1. After opening the design, check its content, branding, and/or design.
2. Optional: Leave comments on pages or elements, and tag other team members so you can work on the design together.
3. Once you’re done, select
   Awaiting review from the editor menu bar.
4. Select Review.
5. Optional: Add notes for feedback.
6. Select your decision:
   • Approve - to allow the design to be published.
   • Request changes - to suggest additional changes.
   • Change decision - if you need to change your approval decision.
