Allocate Brand Kits to groups and folders

Control who can access each Brand Kit by assigning it to specific folders and user groups.

Brand Kits help your team stay consistent by keeping your logos, colours, fonts, and other brand assets in one place. You can create multiple Brand Kits for different teams, clients, or campaigns, then assign them to specific groups or folders.

Tip: Set up a Brand Kit first, before assigning access.

Share Brand Kit to a Folder

To limit access to a Brand Kit, brand admins and designers can share it with specific folders and user groups.

  1. From the homepage side panel, select
    Brand, then open the
    Brand Kit tab.
  2. Find the
    Brand Kit, then select
    (more icon).
  3. Select
Add Brand Kit to folder, then select
    Add to a folder.
  4. Pick the folder, then select
    Add Brand Kit.
  5. Select
    (more icon) again, then choose
    Share.
  6. Under Access settings, select Folder access only.
  7. Make sure the folder is shared with the right groups, and that group memberships are up to date.

When Folder access only is turned on, only users who have access to that folder can view the Brand Kit, including admins and designers.

What members will see

Once access is set up, only members with permission will see their assigned folders and Brand Kits.

To access your Brand Kit:

  1. From the homepage side panel, select
    Brand.
  2. Open the dropdown, then choose the Brand Kit you need.

If you don’t see the Brand Kit, contact your Team admin to request access.
