Cancel a Canva plan
Some banks may keep recurring subscriptions active, even if the physical card is cancelled or expired.
They do this to help avoid service interruptions, using automatic card-update services so recurring payments, like subscriptions, can continue.

Before you cancel
Consider pausing instead. You can pause a Canva Pro, Canva Teams, or Canva Business plan for up to 3 months. There are no charges during the pause, and your plan resumes automatically with an email reminder before it restarts. Learn how to pause your Canva plan.
