Dream Lab access restrictions

Dream Lab is an exciting feature that allows you to create beautiful AI-generated images, but there are certain situations where access to Dream Lab might be restricted.

Can’t access Dream Lab? Your admin might’ve turned it off. If you’re using Canva with a team, enterprise, or education account, this feature could be disabled due to your class or organization’s settings or internal policies.

Who to contact for help

If you believe you should have access to Dream Lab or would like to learn more about why it's unavailable to you, here’s what you can do:

• For Team or Enterprise members: Contact your team admin to inquire about the feature settings. They’ll be able to provide more information on whether Dream Lab can be enabled for your account.
• For Education users: If you’re part of an educational plan and the feature is unavailable, reach out to your education admin or teacher for clarification and assistance.
