Finding your designs and folders

Easily find all of your designs, folders, and uploads, as well as designs shared with you and public templates, by using the search bar on the homepage.

If you scope your search to All your content, you can also filter content by owner or date, or sort your content by most relevant, date edited, or name. Note that when filtering content, some designs may not appear, so make sure to select the correct filters.

You can also click or tap Projects on the side panel to look for content.

Find your designs and folders from the homepage

Select the Search bar.
Enter simple keywords, categories, or concepts.
Select Search for your keyword, then select See all.
Select the Owner dropdown, then choose
Any owner,
Owned by others, or your name (You). To filter by a specific person, enter a name in Search people, then select a person.
Select the Category dropdown, then choose a design type.
Select the Date modified dropdown, then choose a time range.
To clear all filters, select
icon at the start of the filter row.

Find your designs and folders from the editor

From the editor side panel, select
Projects.
On the
dropdown select Your projects. Only designs, folders, and uploads you own will be shown.

Find designs and folders shared with you from the homepage

From the homepage side menu, select
Projects.
From the left navigation, select
Shared with you. Only designs, folders, and uploads shared with you will be shown.

Find designs and folders shared with you from the editor

From the editor side panel, select
Projects.
Select the dropdown below the search bar and select Shared with you. Only designs, folders, and uploads shared with you will be shown.

To see all designs, folders, and uploads you have access to, regardless of the owner, select

Any owner or All projects from the dropdown.

To only see content from a specific user, select the

owner dropdown, and select them from the list.

You can also filter by date modified.
