Join Canva Enterprise: How It Affects Your Existing Account
If you're joining a Canva Enterprise team, your experience might vary based on your current Canva account.
If you're part of an affiliated or managed account
Your Enterprise admin may turn on Personal Team Archivingwhich limits what you can do in your personal team, like creating or editing designs.
If you want to keep a separate personal team, you’ll need to contact Canva Support and update your account email to a personal (non-work) address.
If you’re part of an affiliated or managed account, you’ll also need your admin’s approval to delete or change the email linked to your Canva account.
If your Enterprise team uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll need to use SSO to log in to Canva.
If your account is on a non-verified domain
Your account won’t be affected when you join a Canva Enterprise team. You can easily switch between your Enterprise and personal teams and keep creating and editing designs in both.
