Log in to Canva with MoE credentials (Turkey)
You can log in to Canva Education with your existing EBA credentials. You don’t need to apply. This method is for teachers and students at primary and secondary schools in Turkey who are part of the Canva and Ministry of National Education (MEB) partnership.
If you're a university student or staff member, check options for university students and staff.
Log in with your EBA credentials
- Go to www.canva.com, then select Log in.
- Select Log in, then select Continue with EBA.
- On the EBA login page, select the login method that applies to you.
- Follow the prompts to complete sign-in. You don't need an email address.
When to use each login option
Login via e-Government | You have a Turkish e-Government (e-Devlet) account. |
Log in with MEBBiS | You have a MEBBiS account. This is the most common option for school teachers. |
Admission via Open Education | You're enrolled in an Open Education program. |
Turkish Republic Identity Number + Password | You prefer to sign in using your Turkish Republic Identity Number and password. |
Fix login issues
Try these steps first:
- Make sure you selected Continue with EBA, not Google, email, or Apple
- Try a different browser or clear your browser’s cache.
- Confirm you’re using the right login option for your account.
If you still can’t sign in:
- If your EBA credentials don't work, contact MEB or EBA support directly. This is usually an MEB account issue rather than a Canva issue.
- If your school uses centralised IT management, ask your IT administrator to check the EBA–Canva Single Sign-On (SSO) provisioning.
Canva support can help with school-level SSO issues only when a school or district admin contacts us. Individual teachers should try the steps above first.
If you're a school or an admin contacting Canva Support, please include:
- The user's OpenID Connect (OIDC) ID from the MoE system.
- The School Team ID.
- A short description of the issue.
Check options for university students and staff
This program is available only to primary and secondary schools.
If you're a university student or staff member, Canva for Campus is the appropriate option. Contact your institution’s IT or administrative team to apply through Canva for Campus.
FAQs
Can I use my personal email to log in?
You can’t use a personal email for this. Select Continue with EBA. You don’t need an email address for this method.
I applied for Canva Education, but my application was rejected. What should I do?
You don't need to apply. Go to www.canva.com, select Log in, and then select Continue with EBA.
I can't reach my administrator. What should I do?
If your EBA credentials aren’t working, contact MEB or EBA support directly.

I'm a university student. Can I get Canva for free?
Canva Education doesn't cover universities through this programme. Ask your institution’s IT team about Canva for Campus.
