Collect your Canva Print order
You can collect or pick up professional prints of your designs at local stores near you. Below, you can learn more about placing and getting in-store pickup orders through Canva Print.
We send in-store pickup orders to production immediately. You can't change or cancel them once you place your order. Please double-check your design and order details before you complete your purchase. If you need help with your in-store pick-up order, contact us.
Check if in-store pickup is available
In-store pickup is currently available only for select products and locations in the US and Canada. If you're ordering multiple items, please ensure that all products in your cart are supported by the partner store. The minimum order quantity is 50 copies per design. If you have multiple items in your cart, each item must have at least 50 copies for the pickup option to appear. Otherwise, the pickup option won't be available.
- Open the design that you’d like to print and select Print with Canva from the menu bar above. If the Print with Canva isn’t visible and you’re located in our supported regions, resize your design or select from the recommended sizes.
- Select your print options. If in-store pickup is available for your order, you'll see the in-store pickup option during the checkout process.
Note: Keep in mind that in-store pickup is only available in some parts of the US and Canada.
After checking if in-store pickup is available for your order, proceed with the checkout process.
Selecting the pickup option means that you can only receive your order by picking it up from the store you’re choosing during checkout. Note that changing to another store after the order has been placed isn’t supported yet.
Select in-store pickup during checkout
- In the Shipping details window, select In-store pickup. Learn more about the checkout process.
- From the pop-up window, search for a street or suburb. Available store locations with their address and operating hours will show below.
- Select your preferred pickup store location from the available options. You may click Change store should you wish to switch to another store.
- Finish the checkout process.
Tracking in-store pickup order status
View your print order status in your Canva account by going to your Orders and Invoices from Settings. This is the best place to check your order status since store locations are unable to provide this information.
We’ll also send updates to your email address from the time your order is forwarded to production until it’s ready for pick up at your chosen store.

Pick up your order
Ready to pick up your order? Check the steps below first before going to your selected store location.
- After receiving the Your order is ready for pickup email from Canva, visit the pickup store location you selected to collect your order. Please visit during their operating hours.
- Go to the store’s designated print order collection area. If you can’t locate the collection area, feel free to ask a store associate.
- When picking up your order, simply provide the first and last name under which the order was placed. Some in-store pickup locations also require the phone number associated with the order, so please have that handy as well.
Your order will be available for pickup up to 30 days after you receive the “Your order is ready for pickup” email. After 30 days, it'll be recycled.
For collection concerns, please contact us. Note that collection stores can’t make changes to your design or order details, cancel orders, or provide refunds for your orders.
