To create a five-minute presentation, you must plan to have about five to six slides and spend roughly one minute on each slide. There should be a Title, Author, or Introduction slide, a Problem Description or an Outline slide, an Analysis or Proposed Solutions slide, and a Summary or Conclusion slide.
You may follow this slide order or you can add more slides as you decrease the time spent on each slide. Focus on the main idea you wish to communicate and plan out what you wish to say during the presentation.
