Create folders
Create folders to help you organise your designs and uploaded media.
Create a new folder
- From the homepage, select Projects, then select All projects.
- Select Add new.
- Select New Folder.
- Give your folder a name. You can also choose to share it with your team or class.
- Select Create folder to finish.
You can create an unlimited number of folders.
If you’re on Canva Pro, Canva Teams, Canva Education, or Canva for Nonprofits, you can create folders from the Folders tab inside the editor.
Upload media to folders
- Inside the folder, select the Add new from the upper corner of the page.
- Select Upload files.
- Select the file you want to upload.
Each folder can contain up to 200 items for Canva Free accounts and 5000 items for Canva Pro, Canva Teams, Canva Education, and Canva for Nonprofits accounts.
