Switch between multiple teams
In Canva, you can be a team member of multiple teams. Here’s how you can find the teams you’re part of and switch between them.
We're rolling out navigation changes gradually, so some steps in this Help article may not accurately reflect what you see in the app. If you can't find Canva AI, your profile photo, or your Print cart on the homepage, go to More.
Switch between multiple teams
- From the homepage, select your profile icon.
- Under Teams, hover or select the current team.
- Select arrow right icon. You’ll see all the teams you’re part of and a check icon beside the team you’re currently on.
- Select the team you want to switch to.
When you switch teams, you can only see the designs you’ve created and plans or items you’ve purchased in that team. If you can’t find your designs or use Pro features, you might be in a different team or account.
If you have multiple Canva accounts and want to switch between them, log out of your current one then log in again.
