Find and read invoices

Learn where to find your Canva invoices and how to understand them. You have several options for finding your invoice or proof of purchase.

Did you find a charge you don’t recognise? Find out why you might have been charged, or use the tool below to identify its purpose.

Quick tip

Received an unfamiliar Canva payment? Look it up to learn what it's for.

We're rolling out navigation changes gradually, so some steps in this Help article may not accurately reflect what you see in the app. If you can't find Canva AI, your profile photo, or your Print cart on the homepage, go to

More.

View and download invoices

Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team to view your invoices.

  1. On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu.
  2. Choose
Settings, then select the Orders and invoices tab.
  3. Find your purchase and select View invoice. For print orders, select
    More first, then select
View invoice. Your invoice downloads to your device as a PDF.

Your downloaded invoice filename now matches your language setting. For example, if your language is set to Turkish, your invoice downloads as fatura-1234.pdf instead of invoice-1234.pdf. The invoice content stays the same.

Find invoices in your email

We send invoices to your account email or billing email address.

  1. Go to your email inbox, and then look for the invoice email you received from Canva.
  2. Select View Details. You’ll then be taken to your
Orders and invoices in Canva. If you’re logged out, you’ll need to log in.

To check an invoice’s payment details, refer to the email we sent when we received your payment.

Find invoices in your bank statements

If your invoice number starts with the letter “I”, enter only the digits that follow.

Canva charges appear on your bank statement in this format: *CANVA(invoice number)**.

Canva invoice numbers have five digits (always starting with 0), a hyphen, and seven to nine more digits. Examples include:

  • CANVA*01234-1234567
  • CANVA*01234-12345678
  • CANVA*01234-123456789
