Allow Canva through your firewall

If you’re having trouble accessing Canva on a restricted network, you may need to allow certain domains and connections in your firewall settings.

Allowing Canva through your firewall ensures uninterrupted access to design tools, shared files, and real-time collaboration.

Whitelisting Canva prevents loading issues and keeps teams productive and connected.

Here's what you should do:

1. Make sure your firewall allows these Canva domains:
   • https://*.canva.com/*
     • Allows access to all Canva subdomains.
   • https://*.canvacode.com/*
     • Required for some Canva AI features.
   • https://*.canva-apps.com/*
     • Required to use Canva Apps.
   • https://challenges.cloudflare.com/*
     • Required for Cloudflare security check.
   • https://*.canva.link/*
     • Required for Canva design share links.
   • https://*.canva.ai
     • Required for Canva AI features.
2. Allow WebSocket connections
   • Make sure WebSockets are enabled for: www.canva.com:443
3. Check third-party app domains
   • Some Canva Apps use additional third-party domains. If an app isn’t loading, you may also need to allow domains used by that specific app.
