Canva Code access restrictions

Canva Code is an AI-powered feature that generates codes and lets you create interactive and smart websites. Just enter a prompt and let your vision come to life. However, access to Canva Code might be restricted in certain situations. 

Can’t access Canva Code? Your admin might’ve turned it off. If you’re using Canva with a team, enterprise, or education account, this feature could be disabled due to your class or organization’s settings or internal policies.

If you believe you should have access to Canva Code or would like to learn more about why it's unavailable to you, here’s what you can do:

• For Team or Enterprise members: Contact your team admin to inquire about the feature settings. They’ll be able to provide more information on whether Canva Code can be enabled for your account.
