I can’t copy my designs from the archive to my new team
If you're trying to copy designs from an archived team to a new team but can’t, or if the destination team is grayed out, it may be due to permission or access limits set by your organization.

Copy permissions might be limited for your team
In Canva Enterprise, admins can manage whether content can be copied between teams. If your team’s copy permissions are restricted, you might not be able to copy content from other teams, even if you're a member of both.
What you can do
If you need to copy content into a team but can’t, contact your team or organization admin. They can update the team’s content settings to allow incoming copies.
