I see the "Error 403: disallowed_useragent"
You're likely opening Canva through an in-app browser — for example, clicking a link inside WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger.
To fix it:
- Open the link in your default browser or the Canva app instead.
- When prompted, select your default browser to open the link.
- If no prompt appears, copy the link and paste it directly into your browser.
